He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Pierce and Bernice Cook Sikes. He is survived by: his children, Jason C. Sikes (Leann) and Julie Sikes-Speir; and his grandchildren, Laird Landers, Sikes Speir, James Pierce Speir, Jessica Sikes and Jennifer Claire Sikes.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jeffcoat-Trant Funeral Home (1500 Frederick Rd, Opelika, AL 36801). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
