He was predeceased by: his parents, Celia Newton and Carl Newton; his half-brothers, Fred and Edwin Newton; and his brother Joseph Newton.
He is survived by: his wife Delores; his children, Greg Newton (Angela), Russell Newton (Tracie) and Tara Brumfield (Paul); his grandchildren, Haley Newton, Hunter Newton (Kasi), Maggie Pritchard (Beau), Max Newton (Brooklyn), Heather Rogers (Brandon), Daniel Brumfield (Cassie) and Lacey Brumfield; his great grandchildren, Tanner, Turner, Timber, Tinley, Millie Beth, Clyde, Wells, Braxton, Jaxon and Grayson; and his sisters, Annette Hurd (Joseph) and Teresa Etherton.
