Canady of Dadeville, AL, Dorothy Canady of Dadeville, AL, Myrtis Canady of Dadeville, AL, Laura Russell of Valley, AL and Rev. Mac Arthur Moss of Dadeville, AL; her grandchildren, Alkina Stone, Rodney Johnson, Jr., Clarissa Johnson, Savannah Jiles, Kennetra Crabb, Nakita Crabb, Kobi Crabb James Shealey, Sidney Shealey, Jeffery Calhoun, Tre Holstick, Anfernee Jennings and Shawndarius Jennings; her nephews, Henry Crayton, Jr. and Akeem Laney; her cousins, Joyce Slaughter and Donna Foster; Anesia Hatcher, Geneva Heard, Calvin Stone, Ocie Brooks, Michael, Heather, Brian, Holland, Payton Eaton and Rodney Stroud. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel (612 M. L. King Drive SE, Lafayette, AL 36862). The lying in state was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church (281 Pine Grove Loop, Dadeville, AL 36853).
