He was predeceased by: his parents, Berford Moore and Inez Moore; his son Chad Eric Moore; and his siblings, Eleanor Moore, Cleveland Moore, Hubert Moore, Jerry Moore, Bobby Moore, James Moore and Jeff Carlton Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Moore; his son David L. Moore (Kathryn Ann); his grandchildren, Brittany Moore and Brendon Moore; and his siblings, Eula Mae Williamson, Frances Moore, Debra Thompson (Jim) and Arnold Moore (Wanda). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in David's memory.
