He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Myrick and Alice Rose Fields; and his brother Jimmy Fields. He is survived by: his siblings, Scott Fields (Dana) of Dadeville, Tonya Delarosa of Palatka, FL, Dawn Tester of Daytona Beach, FL and Lee Rone of Daytona Beach, FL; and his nephews, Jordan Fields and Dylan Fields (Taylor). He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
