He is survived by: his wife Kristin Waites; his children, Bailey, Liam, Koltan and Emma; his parents, Wayne Waites and Crystal Waites; his brother Levi Waites; his grandmother Sue Price; and his great-grandparent Margarett Bunn. He is also survived by loving uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
