He is survived by: his wife Paula Hornsby; his children, Shane Hornsby, Rusty Hornsby and Marley Williams; his grandchildren, Jillian Hornsby, Rowan Hornsby, Houston Hornsby, Josey Hornsby and Rayleigh Williams; and his siblings, Steve Hornsby (Noreen) and Sheila Godfrey (Tommy).
