He is survived by: his wife Julie Carter; his sons, Jay (Tracey Carter), Scott (Leilani Carter) and Collin (Casey Carter); his sister Barbara Van Eaton; his grandchildren, Stefan Carter, Lauren, Blake Richardson, Walt Carter, Emma Carter, Owen Carter, Ansley Carter and Elliott Carter; and his great grandchildren, Ella and Madi Richardson.
