He was predeceased by: his father S. E. Cook. He is survived by: his mother Robbie Cook of Daleville, AL; and his siblings, Sheila Clay of Daleville, AL, Redonna Leckie of Delano, TN, Lisa Moore (Joe) of Delano, TN, Steven Cook of Troy, AL, Ernest Cook (Dawn) of Clarksville, TN and David Cook of Union City, TN. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
