She was predeceased by : her parents, Curtis Stroup and Eva Lee Stover Stroup; her children, Ronnie McDonald, Debbie Thomas and Carlette Woodall; and her sister Jerrie Stroup Legg.

She is survived by : her children, Donnie McDonald of Danville, AL, Anthony "Pacer" Stroup (Tina Flowers) of Danville, AL and Cindy Woodall of Hartselle, AL.; and her sisters, Helen Kirby and JoAnn Robbins of Danville, AL.. She is also survived by Eleven Grandchildren Seventeen Great Grandchildren One Great Great Grandchild.
