He is survived by: his children, Michael Cooper (Diane) and Mary Alice Espinosa (Steven); his siblings, James Cooper, Felton Cooper, Bonnie Sanford, JoAnn Hastings and Linda Gerth; and his grandchildren, John Cagle (Milea), Andrew Cagle, Anna Smith (Bradley) and Katie Cooper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
