With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jesse Wayne Hardin of Danville, Alabama, who passed away on May 9, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Edgar Hardin and Jewell Ardella Moore Hardin; his wife Mary Ruth Hardin; and his brother Frankie Hardin. He is survived by: his children, Tim Sandlin, Jo Sandlin, Rhonda Hardin Duke (Steve) and Cynthia Hardin Buckelew (Jason); and his siblings, Kenneth (Kathy Hardin), Raymond (Barbara Johns), Russell (Patricia Johns), Joe (Gwen Johns), Ronald (Bonnie Johns), Rheba Acton and Marsha (Tom Morris).

In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial donations be made to the Massey Volunteer Fire Department.
