She was predeceased by: her father Esmarada Hendry of Bay Springs, Miss.; her husband Charles Leslie Black; her mother Ida Lee Hendry of Ollie; Esmarada Hendry. She is survived by: her children, Aaron Smith Rowell, Jr. (Wanda), Julie Bergen, Cindy Dinc and William Robert Black (Amanda).
Visitation was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Excel Assembly of God Church (1014 AL-136, Monroeville, AL 36460). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
