He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard (Charlene Strickland Smith) and Tracy; and his siblings, Helen Scofield, Kenneth Smith, Ted Wayne Smith, Dewayne Smith, Arlton Smith and Keith Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew Smith and Alicia Smith; and his siblings, Kathy Riddle, Edmon Smith, Travis Smith and Nick Smith. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
