He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Markris; his son Troy Markris; his parents, Jack Markris and Mary Markris; and his siblings, Aleck Markris and Patsy Adams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Papadelias (Thomas), Mary Archer (Kevin), Christina Mulhern (Paul) and Deanna Markris; and his sister Adrianne Kergis. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
