He is survived by: his children, John Theis (Cherie), Daniel Theis, Kathleen Cannedy and Rozanne Rogers; his grandchildren, Beth Ivy, Todd Theis (Katie), Laurel, James Browning and Shannon Cannedy; his former wife Rose Marie Theis; and his great grandchildren, Claire, Jackson Ivy, Avery Theis and Spencer Patrick.
