He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hale Campbell; his sons, Tim (Dawn) of Gulf Breeze and Mike (Laura) of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Ian, Allison, Lauren, Annie and Nate; his former wife Patricia Thomas; his sister Maureen; his nephews, Vance (Emma) and Trevor (Jennifer); his sister-in-law Pamela Gresham; and his nephews, Don (Gerri) and Bob Campbell (Rachel).
