He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Katherine Clarke and Joseph Ransom Clarke, III; and his sister-in-law Penny Petro Clarke. He is also survived by five nephews, a niece, three nieces-in-law, one nephew-in-law, and nine, soon to be ten, great nephews and nieces.
