He was predeceased by: his parents, S. T. Browning and Jeanette Browning Windham; and his stepson Keiron McGowin. He is survived by: his wife Linda McGowin Browning; his children, Bart Browning (Maritza), Jason Browning (Emily), Chad Browning (Rachel), LeMoyne Runquist (Zach) and Reese Browning (Lesley); his stepson Jason McGowin (Lauren); his stepdaughter-in-law Dana McGowin; his sister Sandra Sims (Larry); his nephew Scott Sims (Angela); and his daughter Hailey. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
