He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Frances Allen and Joseph H. Allen. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Allen of Daviston, AL; his children, Clay Allen (Kara) of Daviston, AL and Jamie Piper (George) of Mobile, AL.; and his grandchildren, Savanna Claire Allen, Isabel Piper and Madelyn Piper.
