We are sad to announce that on July 12, 2025, Louelle Y. Smith of Daviston, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Noel Smith; her parents, Thomas Jefferson Yates and Pearlie Ethyl Yates (Peters); and her sisters, Rev Hurshel Yates, Oneal Yates, Thomas Yates, Irene Harris, Laverne Parrish and Alline Scott.
She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Lamar Smith and Jimmie David Smith; her daughter-in-law Mary Smith; and her grandchildren, Nick Smith and Ashley Smith.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Benefield Funeral Home - Lineville (89076 AL-9, Lineville, AL 36266). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
