He was predeceased by: his mother Kristi Greene; his stepmother Brandy Whaley; and his grandparents, Roger Barnett, Ellis Benton Kelley, Leon McCain and Betty Whaley.
He is survived by: his wife Hayden Whaley; his children, Hadley Waites and Hudson Whaley; his father Scott Whaley; his parents-in-law, Dale and Donna McCain; his siblings, Kendall Lodge (James) and Aiden Whaley; and his grandparents, Amy Barnett, Marnetha McCain and Jimmy Whaley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, a niece and nephew.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the New Site Harmony Church (108 Church Rd, New Site, AL 36256). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
