He is survived by : his children, Brandi Gee (Ken) and Scott Patton; his siblings, Deborah Summerville, Robin Dutton, Carolyn Presley and Frankie Dell Patton; his grandchildren, Dallas Vaught, Kaden Gee and Kammi Phillips; his sister-in-law Kathy Patton Battles; his nieces and nephews, Piper Claire Summerville, Kim Patton, Brylan "Catfish" Chastine, Phillip Dakota "Gator" Patton, Joshua Summerville and Donny Wayne Thompson; and his great-nieces, Hanna Gregory and Haleigh Gregory.
