He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Guy and Jean Guy; and his wife Susan Guy. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Guy (Patricia) and Keith Guy (Yina); his siblings, Ginger Smith (Jeff), Kevin Guy and Libby Tyus (J. J.); his brother-in-law Tim Hinson; his grandchildren, Taylor Guy, Katelyn Guy, Laura Guy, Bryce Guy, David Guy, Lyank Guy and Odis Guy; his nieces and nephews, Karmen Ward (Hunter), Jackson Tyus (Lilly), Joshua Hinson (Simbree) and Robin Hinson; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Violet Tyus, Sebastian Tyus, Eli Hinson and Essie Lee Hinson. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brookside Funeral Home (3360 Brookside Dr, Millbrook, AL 36054). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at the Brookside Memorial Gardens (3360 Brookside Dr, Millbrook, AL 36054).
