He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Philip Kelser and Helen Dorothy Buttle Kelser; and his siblings, Chuck Kelser and Connie Kofford. He is survived by : his wife Sandy Kelser; his sons, Todd Kelser (Ashley) and Matt Kelser (Patti); his sister Corene Beery (Jim); and his grandchildren, Brooks Kelser and Olive Kelser. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
