It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale R. Barnes of Deatsville, Alabama, who passed away on January 7, 2026, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Barnes and Anna Barnes (Cummings); his wife Jan Barnes; and his brothers, Alan Barnes, John Barnes and Neil Barnes.
He is survived by: his children, Bob Barnes and Christine Dwyer; his grandchildren, Sam Barnes, Emily Barnes and Dylan Haviland; and his brother-in-law Jonesy Newell.
