He is survived by: his mother Sarah Elizabeth Weaver Lucas; his sons, Brent Lucas (Heather) and Todd Lucas (Courtney); his siblings, Sheila Minor (Charles) and Eddie Lucas (JoAnne); his grandchildren, James Carter Lucas, Adalyn Lucas and Porter Lucas; his niece Amanda Shirley (Chuk); and his nephews, Lane Minor (Ashley) and Kyle Lucas (Caitlin). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brookside Funeral Home (3360 Brookside Dr, Millbrook, AL 36054). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at the Brookside Memorial Gardens (3360 Brookside Dr, Millbrook, AL 36054).
