He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Otto and Joann Otto; his brothers, Donald Rawls and Charles Otto; and his significant other Angel Eldridge.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cortney Otto and Jennifer Hammond (Chris); the mother of his children Michelle; his brother Joseph Otto (Darryl Otto); and his granddaughter Jule Hammond.
