In the sacred silence of farewell, Juliette is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Juliette's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul A. Lauby and Martha Holt Lauby; her husband Dick Porter; and her brother George Lauby. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Porter, Donna Jackson and Ray Poole (Cherrie). She is also survived by five grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brookside Funeral Home (3360 Brookside Dr, Millbrook, AL 36054). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
