He is survived by: his son James Johnson (Diedre); his stepchildren, Jack Weldon, Dicie Smith and Jackie Garner (Donald Ray); his siblings, Diane Culver, Linda Hogan, Sybil Madrie (John), Ann Williams, Mackey Johnson and Jimmy Johnson; and his grandchildren, Hannah Tewksbury (Adam), Madyson Price (Mason), Brandi Carlisle (Jonathon), Kirk Smith (Carson) and Calvin Smith. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
