As we bid Roy Mark farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Roy Mark is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Mefford and Pat Mefford; and his in-laws, Jim and Betty Colvin. He is survived by: his wife Annlisa Mefford; his children, Lisa Ann Horne (Allen), Ashley Baker (Jeremy) and Dustin Mefford (Ashton); and his sister Vicki Moore (Kenny). He is also survived by grandsons; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brookside Funeral Home (3360 Brookside Dr, Millbrook, AL 36054). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at the Brookside Memorial Gardens (3360 Brookside Dr, Millbrook, AL 36054).
