He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Owenby Headley; and his siblings, Carlton Headley and Nadine Calloway. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Headley Jr. (Vanessa), Brian Keith Headley (Maureen) and Brittany Atchison (Billy); and his grandchildren, Quincy Headley (Ashley), Michael Headley and Bo Headley (Kayla). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lake Hill Baptist Church (2630 Lightwood Rd, Deatsville, AL 36022). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
