She was predeceased by : her husband Jack A. Mullican; her parents, Ruth Lowrey and Edwin Lowrey; and her sister Camilla Ratliff. She is survived by : her children, Kevin Mullican (Joanne), Karen Wilson (Alvin) and Kirk Mullican (Liz); her siblings, Terrell Lowrey (Linda) and Bettie Knight; and her grandchildren, Audrey McMeans (Jimmy), Robin Mullican, Eli Mitchell, Jasper Mullican and AJ Mullican. She is also survived by her six great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Shelton Funeral Home Chapel (2105 Beltline Rd SW, Decatur, AL 35601). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at the Burningtree Memorial Gardens (4919 Marsha Ave, Decatur, AL 35603).
