He is survived by: his parents, Hailey Johnson Clark Brothers and Shane Clark; his grandparents, Kenneth, Erlene Clark, Brian, Winda Johnson, Rodney and Karen Renfroe; his great-grandparents, Kenneth, Carolyn Johnson, Voncille Berry, Margaret Jacobs and Geraldine Holmes; and his aunts and uncles, Josh (Charity Clark), Jared (Madison Johnson), Sarah (Brandon Shubert), Catie Renfroe, Brandon (Crista Goodwin) and Lauren (Jairus Dixon).

In lieu of flowers family requests memorials be made to Grace Ministries (a Ministry to Guatemala, @ http://aglimpseofgrace.com.
