He is survived by: his wife Yvonne McDonald; his daughter Terolyn Lay (Richard); his stepson Joey Hendrix; his granddaughters, Rachel Garzonie (Matt) and Nicole Morgan (Nick); and his siblings, Joe McDonald (Judy) and Lynda McCormick (Arley).
