He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Livingston and Lillie L. Speegle Livingtston; his children, Carl Richard "Sonny" Livingston and Donna Livingston Jackson; and his siblings, Robert Livingston, Carrell Livingston and Lottie Livingston Echols.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Martens Livingston; his sons, Michael Jezierski and Keith Jezierski; his grandchildren, Ashley Jackson Thomas (Brent), Emily Jackson Stipe (Wes), Meagan Beck (Chris), Kayla Livingston Steele (Brad), Tyler Rutherford (Emily) and K. J. Jezierski; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Brent Thomas, Mason Cole Thomas, Livingston Kate Stipe and Payton Elizabeth Stipe.
In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial donations be made to the Decatur Free Clinic or Cullman Regional Medical Center.
