He is survived by: his wife Becky Moore; his daughters, Michelle Woodall (Jimmy Woodall) of Bowling Green, KY and Heather Moore (Jason Blackwood) of High Point, NC; and his grandchildren, Warren Woodall and Reagan Woodall.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of the Valley, P.O. Box 2745, Decatur, AL 35602.
