She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Wooten Orr and Rufus Wilson "Dub" Orr; her husband Jon Holman Moores of Fayetteville; and her brother John Stratton Orr. She is survived by: her children, Jeanie Moores Tauss (Gary), Robert Wilson Moores (Robin), Jon Holman "Jack" Moores, Jr. (Kendal) and Louise Moores Brown (Steve); her grandchildren, Robert Wilson Moores, Jr., Jon Holman Moores III, Elizabeth Hess Massie, Jon Garrett Moores, William Webster Brown, Charlotte Jean Tauss, Landess Brown Smith and Charles Curran Moores; and her brother Rufus Wilson "Bud" Orr, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Neighborhood Christian Center or the Delano Park Conservancy.
