He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Libby" Glanton; and his parents, Charlie Glanton and Erin Jernigan. He is survived by: his close friend Judy Moss; and his sisters, Nancy Slaton Rieger and Bertha McCafferty.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Roselawn Funeral Home (741 Danville Rd SW, Decatur, AL 35601). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of the Funeral Home (322 US-31, Athens, AL 35611).
