He was predeceased by: his parents, William Darrow and Gladys Mills. He is survived by: his wife Gina; his children, Chandler Mills (Rachel) and Katie Wilkins (Greyson); his granddaughter Charleigh Grace Wilkins; and his siblings, William Ron Mills (Brenda), Sharon (Sherry) and Collingsworth (Ed). He is also survived by many friends, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
