He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Woller Sr., Jerry and Betty Lou Sayers. He is survived by: his parents, Johnny Woller and Suzanne Woller; his siblings, John III (Valerie) and Patricia Pike (Kyle); and his grandmother Pat Woller. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Salvation Army of Decatur, Alabama or the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
