He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Veerman (Mammen) and Carl Veerman; and his son Daniel Veerman. He is survived by: his wife Della of Decatur, AL; his daughters, Donna Young (Roger) of Falkville, AL and Doreen Briles (Paul) of Davenport, IA; his grandchildren, Bret, Andrew, Chris Veerman, Justin Ball, Cassy Littrell, Tyler Gustafson and Alex Briles; and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Cooper, Dylan, Broderick, Owen, Olivia, Mason, Landon and Lawson.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lakeside Cemetery (1917 N 8th St, Pekin, IL 61554).
