In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Dwayne leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Dwayne may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his father Herman Evans Moore. He is survived by: his mother Adele Weeks Moore; his wife Billie Moore; his daughter Lisa Ghazlene; his stepfather Milton Jones; his siblings, Randy Moore, Margaret Jones and Amanda Jones; and his grandchildren, Nathan Hollingsworth, Emily Hollingsworth, Cody Hollingsworth and Sofia Ghazlene. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Peck Funeral Home (1600 Hwy 31 SW, Hartselle, AL 35640). A funeral service was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Falkville City Cemetery (21 N 1st Ave, Falkville, AL 35622).
