She was predeceased by: her parents, Erbie Eddy and Pauline Eddy; her husband James "PeeWee" Smith; her brother Randall Eddy; and her son-in-law Quelon Finch.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Smith (Gina), Ann Westmoreland (Chris), Tammy Smith and Janet Johnson (Glenn); her brothers, Hal Eddy (Connie) and Ronald Eddy (Sandra); and her grandchildren, Ethan Smith, Josh Westmoreland, Jessica Westmoreland, Matthew Johnson and Eddie Johnson. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
