She is survived by: her son David McCullough (Vickie); her grandchildren, Leslie McCullough, Jade Eddy, LaShae Dockery (Jacob) and Jacob McCullough; and her great grandchildren, Hayden Reeves, Halle Terry, Kamden Hall, Karmen Foster, Cooper Dockery, Jaxon Dockery, Harper McCullough and Keegan McCullough.
