He is survived by : his children, Bob Lowery (Jan), David Lowery and Renee Lowery; his sisters, Molly Wynn (Larry) and Doris Brown (Larry); his grandchildren, Jolena Tanner (William), Lyndsay Pridgen (Joel), Morgan Lee Lowery, Theo Cross (Alex), Whitney Lowery, Samson Lowery, Tiffany Lowery and Ryder Lowery; and his great grandchild Esmeray Tanner.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Enon Baptist Church (3293 Co Rd 209, Danville, AL 35619). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
