With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Henry Hobbs of Decatur, Alabama, who passed away on November 9, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Henry leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Henry may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Webb Hobbs and Betty Ann Lawrence Hobbs; and his wife Caroline Hobbs. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Whitney Wakefield (Brian); his brother Butch Hobbs (Rhonda); his granddaughter Olivia Wakefield; and his sibling's children, Emily Nelson (Brian) and Josh Hobbs (Jan).
In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial donations be made to Hospice of North Alabama.
