He is survived by: his sons, Jackson Daniel Coulter II (Morgan) and Victor Lee Coulter; his grandchildren, Hannah Coulter Williams (Zachary), Jackson Daniel Coulter III and Caroline Elizabeth Coulter; and his great grandchild Margaret Louise Williams.
