He is survived by: his wife Tina Lee; his children, Monica Reynolds (Jeff), April Taylor (Chris), Tim Lively (Katie), Zach Lively (Kayla) and Austin Lively (Michelle); his grandchildren, Morgan (Tom), Avery, Peyton, Taylor (Will), Shelby, Madison (Josh), Riley (Logan), Tyler, Aubrie (Brett), Wyatt, Chloe, Payton, Anna Claire, Jaxson, Kenley and Lilah Kate; his great grandchild Wrinlee; his siblings, Chuck Johnson, Terri Johnson and Salina Lee; his nephews, Kevin (Ashley) and Parker; his great-nieces, Mackensie and Kamree; and his close friend Bobby Jennings.
