He is survived by: his wife Charlo McCullough; his sister Billie Jean Robinson (Gerald); his children, Amy Mitchell (David), Jason McCullough (Lisa) and David McCullough (Melinda); his stepchildren, Bo Harris, Kelly Harris and Paige Blankenship; and his grandchildren, Tristen Mitchell, McKenzie Mitchell, Pate McCullough (Adi), Parker McCullough, Sam McCullough, Bo Tyler Harris, Eli Harris, Tab Harris, Thad Harris and Naomi Blankenship.
